Sheet metal forming as well mechanical joining demand increasingly accurate and efficient material modelling to capture large deformations, the inherent sheet orthotropy even process-induced damage, which is expected be influential. To account for strains additive logarithmic strain space utilised that enables a straightforward incorporation of plastic anisotropy, herein modelled by Hill48 yield function. A gradient-enhancement used equip ductile damage model with an internal length scale curing damage-induced localisation. An affine combination local non-local softening variable derived enabling more single surface formulation regularised plasticity-damage model.
